Book Description
مصنف هذا الكتاب هو "محمد بن علي بن عبد الله الشوكاني"، ينتهي نسبه إلى يعرب بن قحطان. ولد الشوكاني في ذي القعدة سنة 1172، وحفظ القرآن وتلقى العلوم النقلية والعقلية بإجادة وتكرار عن جلة من علماء العصر، وقد برع أيضاً في فنون عديدة، فها علوم الحكمة والهيئة والرياضي وغير ذلك، وكان مع ذلك مشتغلاً بالأدب، اشتهرت مؤلفاته بالتحقيق والتحرير في الاقتصاد الإسلامية. وترك التقليد وناضل فيه بعد استعداده للاجتهاد المطلق. وبالجملة لم يجتمع لغيره من أهل عصره ما اجتمع له من سعة التبحر في سائر الفنون وكثرة التلاميذ المحققين ووفرة التآليف المحررة. التي منها هذا الكتاب الذي نقلب صفحاته والذي جمع فيه الأحاديث التي نص بعض أهل العلم أنها موضوعة، مبوباً إياها على سبيل الاختصار، مع تنبيهات عليها. منها: ما هو مأخوذ عن بعض الكتب التي أخذ منها. وقبول لقول مؤلفيها، أو من نقلوها عنه، ومنها ما هو مبني على بعض القواعد الأصولية، وزاد في باب فضائل البلدان: أحاديث يوردها بعض مؤرخي اليمن، فبين أنه لا أصل لها.
هذا وقد قدم المصنف الأحاديث الموضوعة في مسائل الفقه مبوباً ذلك على الأبواب ثم ذكر بعد ذلك سائر الموضوعات، والتي منها مناقب الخلفاء الأربعة وسائر الصحابة، فضائل القرآن، الكتب الموضوعة في التفسير، هذا بالإضافة إلى أفراده بحثاً خاصاً تحدث فيه عن النسخ الموضوعة، وعن الأسباب التي حملت المصنفين على الوضع. ونظراً لما يحتويه هذا الكتاب من معلومات ومواد هامة يمكن القول لمن يريد اقتناءه انه من كان عنده نسخة هذا الكتاب فقد كان عنده جميع مصنفات المصنفين في الموضوعات. مع زيادات وقف عليها المصنف في كتب الجرح والتعديل، وتراجم رجال الرواية، وتخريجات المخرجين، وتصنيفات المحققين، أما ما يميز هذه الضبعة عن غيرها من الطبعات أنها قد جاءت محققة بقلم "عبد الرحمن بن يحيى المعلمي اليماني" الذي اهتم بوضع مقدمة مختصرة دون فيها نبذة عن حياة الشوكاني ومؤلفاته ومنهجه وبضبطه متن التاب، كما واهتم بتخريج الآيات القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية الشريفة.
