تقاس دينامية أي كيان سياسي-اجتماعي بمدى قدرته على إعادة إنتاج ذاته أولاً، ثم قدرته على مواكبة التطورات الجارية على المستويات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية وكذلك على الاستجابة للتحديات المطروحة عليه. سؤال يطرح نفسه: هل يمتلك الكيان الصهيوني ديناميات؟!! إن مقاربة الأمر على هذا النحو بالنسبة للكيان الصهيوني، يبقى قاصراً ومجزوءاً، كونه يفتقر إلى نقطة الانطلاق الأساسية المندرجة في سياق البديهيات الإنسانية باعتباره كياناً مصطنعاً غرسه الاستعمار الغربي، وبالتحديد الأنغلوسكسوني في قلب المنطقة العربية-الإسلامية.
ويعني هذا بالبداهة الأساسية مدى قابلية الكيان الصهيوين للحياة والاستمرار في الوجود، حيث الهاجس الوجودي حاضر بصورة يومية في الخطاب السياسي والإعلامي والأمني، وحتى على الصعيد الفكري من حيث من خلال البحث عن الإجابة عن سؤال كيف يمكن للكيان الصهيوين أن يتجنب المصير الذي لاقته الغزوات الصليبية؟ وبهذا يختلف العدو الصهيوني عن أي كاين طبيعي آخر، حيث مسألة الوجود محسوبمة، فضلاً عن نظرته لأي تحرك سياسي أو عسكري من المنظور الوجودي أولاً وتالياً.
وهذا بالطبع إعداد "يحزاقال درور" و"آفي فرغان" الصادر عن معهد السياسة والاستراتيجيا/ مركز النظم العيني هرتزليا، شتاء 2002م. والذي سلط عليه الضوء مركز باحث للدراسات من خلال قراءة معمقة وتحليلية جديرة بالنظر والتمعن. وقد صدرت في سلسلة اعرف عدوك في هذه الطبعة التي بين يدي القارئ. وباختصار: إن ديناميات (إسرائيل) التي تظهر في مؤشرات التنمية العالية حسبما ينصحنه التقرير، ذات وظيفة أيديولوجية محضة، تتمثل في إمداد الكيان الصهيوني بالمقومات اللازمة لتأدية دوره الوظيفي الإمبريالي، وهي ثمن أيضاً لهذا الدور. وهي قابلة لمزيد من الارتقاء كلما نجح العدو الصهيوني في تحقيق هذه الوظيفة، والتراجع كلما أخفق وأبدى عجزاً عن ذلك. هذه لمحة عن التقرير وللقارئ قراءته الخاصة وتقديره الخاص، وما تقدم ما هو إلا وجهة نظر بإمكانها إضافة وجهة نظر تضيء للقارئ خفايا هذا التقرير وأبعاده والنقاط الهامة فيه.
