تتسارع وتتكثف اللقاءات والاجتماعات والمؤتمرات غير الرسمية، والتي تشرف عليها الإدارة الأميركية ودول أوروبية مؤثرة (فرنسا-بريطانيا) بشكل أو بآخر، من أجل تأمين الظروف أو الشروط المناسبة لإنجاح ما يسمى خطة فك الارتباط التي أعلن عنها رئيس وزراء العدو آرييل شارون قبل عدة أشهر، وهي تشمل إنسحاباً من قطاع غزوة ومن بعض مستوطنات الضفة الغربية المحتلة، بما يكفل لشارون تحقيق حلمه بتصفية الانتفاضة ووقف عملياتها الجهادية أو الاستشهادية ضد كيانه الغاصب، هذه الخطة "الشارونية" تهدف بموازاة هدفها المعلن ناحية الانتفاضة إلى ترسيخ وشرعنة وجود الاحتلال في الضفة الغربية الذي قد يشمل نصف مساحتها تقريباً، تحت دواعٍ أمنية واستيطانية وسياسية مختلفة، وهذا ما تتجاهله الولايات المتحدة والمجتمع الدولي، أو يجري العمل على تمويه والتغطية عليه، كما هي حال "ورشة العمل" التي عقدها مركز سابان لسياسات الشرق الأوسط بمعهد "بروكنغز" الذي يرعى الورشة المذكورة، وهو أشرك فيها شخصيات فلسطينية وإسرائيلية وأميركية، في مسعى حثيث لتأمين نجاح تطبيق خطة شارون التي تواجه عقبات "خطيرة"، أهمها استمرار عمليات المقاومة وصلابة إرادة الفلسطينيين وحالة شبه الإجماع فيما بينهم على احتضان خيار المقاومة لدحر الاحتلال. لقد كان هناك تركيز شبه كلي على مراعاة متطلبات الكيان "الإسرائيلي" الأمنية فيما بعد الانسحاب من قطاع غزة، لجهة فرض التزامات مسبقة على السلطة الفلسطينية لتطويق القوى المقاومة في المرحلة المقبلة، أو لجهة تقديم إغراءات لحماس من أجل إشراكها في حكم "غزة مستقبلا" ودمجها في أطر السلطة الفلسطينية بما يبعدها عن ممارسة العمل المقاوم!
كما تحدث المؤتمرون عن التزامات مصرية وأوروبية وأميركية، على المستويات الأمنية، السياسية والاقتصادية خصوصاً، قد تكون أكثر شمولية وعمقاً مما حصل خلال الأعوام الماضية، من أجل ضمان نجاح انسحاب الصهاينة من القطاع من دون تكاليف باهظة ولحفظ ماء وجه الكيان، الذي يدّعي بأن الانسحاب وترتيبات جدار الضم والعزل في الضفة الغربية، لا تتناقض ومشاريع التسوية أو القرارات الدولية!
