هذا هو الديوان الرابع للشاعر اللبناني "ذوقان عبد الصمد" بعنوان "عابرات على جسد القصيدة" جاء بلغة شعرية مدهشة وشفافة. تضمنت المجموعة 31 قصيدة شعرية كلاسيكية عبرت عن قدرته الفائقة للنفاذ إلى جوهر التجارب تأملاً ومعاناة، هائم في توصيف الحياة بإنسانها وطبيعتها.
"أراكِ في الزَّهو يا بغدادُ مملكةً... تُلملمُ الضَّوءَ عن أبراجِها الشَّهُبُ!!... يومَ الرًّجوع... زُهَا عينيك أرقبُه... كما الأهِلَّةُ لَيلَ اْلعيدِ تُرتَقَبُ!!... لم يُبعد الهجرُ ذَوْبَ المسك عن شَفتي... ولم يجفَّ بكأسي العطرُ، واْلحبَبُ... في سَوْحِ دجلةَ... لي قلبٌ يذوبُ جَوىً... وفي رُبى مائساتِ النّخلِ، لي هُدُبُ!!..."
"لمغتَدى ريمة النْهرينِ مرُّ صَدَى... في الْبالِ يُزهُر أبعادي، ويقتربُ... رقَّ الْعتابُ... فؤادي الشَّوقُ بَرَّحَهُ... وجَرَّحَ الرُّوحَ في بَتلاتِها العَتبُ... ما ألفُ ليلتك الْطالتْ حكايتُها... وقَدْ تأنَّقَ في أعراسِها الأدبُ؟... وما الْمسارحُ؟ ما الزَّوراءُ حانيةٌ... على اْلمدارجِ؟... ما السُّمارُ؟... ما الطَّربُ؟...".
لهذه الأبيات يحدثنا الشاعر عن شوقه وعشقه لمدينة "بغداد"...
حسناءُ، كم جرَّتْ على أذيالِها... غُررَ النُّجومِ، وسَانحاتِ... روائعي!! طوَّقتُها، نَفرتْ، وأبقتْ... خصرَها الميَّادَ... بين مُهادنٍ، ومُمانعِ وتلفَّتتْ مشغوفةً بتهلفٍ... كتلفُّتِ الرِّيمِ الظَّريفِ... الوادعِ... وتنهَّدت... فسمعتُ... من أنفاسِها... ما قالهُ النَّهدان... تحت أصابعي...
