هذا الكتاب "أحكام تحت مجهر النقد" قسمان: القسم الأول هو عبارة عن إعادة طبع الكتاب الذي أصدرت في 1976 الدكتور "محمد عبد الخالق عمر" الأستاذ المساعد بكلية الحقوق جامعة القاهرة، والأستاذ المنتدب للتدريس في جامعة القاهرة فرع الخرطوم لسنوات طوال بعنوان "قانون المرافعات المصري في السودان" وهو دراسة نقدية؛ فقهية لبعض أحكام صادرة من المحكمة العليا بالخرطوم في ظل قانون المرافعات المدنية السوداني الذي بدئ العمل به في 1972/7/1 والغي في 1973/5/15.
أما القسم الثاني من هذا الكتاب فيشتمل على حيثيات الأحكام بأكملها التي كانت - لحسن حظها - تحت مجهر النقد العلمي؛ ولعل في نشر هذا الكتاب على هذا النحو بعض الفائدة لطلاب العلم بوجه عام وطلاب القانون بوجه خاص.
