يعتبر رهان ترجمة القرآن الكريم من التحديات الصعبة التي تواجه المترجمين المسلمين اليوم، ويزداد هذا التحدي بفعل المتغيرات السياسية التي يواجهها العالم، كلما حاول الغرب التعرف على الإسلام ودستوره القرآن الكريم.
ومما ميز لغة القرآن الكريم، بل القرآن الكريم كله، ظاهرته الإعجازية، التي أفردها العلماء بالتصنيف قديماً وحديثاً، ولم يقتصر إعجازه على مكون من مكوناته، بل شمل القرآن كله.
وإذا تأملنا هذا الإعجاز القرآني ألفيناه على ضربين: ضرب له علاقة بالقارئ الأصلي مع ذاته؛ فقد أعجز القرآن الكريم مخاطبيه بأصواته، وتأليفه، ولغته، وأخباره، وبلاغته... وبالجملة فهذا الضرب معروف، متداول بين الناس، وضرب ثان له علاقة بالقارئ الأصلي مع الآخر؛ فلم يكن مفترضاً في المخاطب الأول أن يقرأ القرآن الكريم لنفسه، بل أمر بتبليغه للعالمين.
وإذا كان غير المسلمين من غير العرب قد عانقوا الدين الجديد، بعد مجيء الدعوة، وتعلموا العربية وبلغوا في تحصيلها أعلى الدرجات - حتى إنهم شاركوا في وضع قواعدها - وتدبروا القرآن الكريم، وكشفوا النقاب عن وجوه إعجازه، فإن الأمر ليس على هذا الحال اليوم؛ إن غير العرب لا يقبلون على تعلم العربية، وحتى وإن قبلوا على تعلمها، فإنه يصعب أن يبلغوا الدرجة التي تجعلهم يستغنون عن المخاطب الأصلي؛ فصار لزاماً على القارئ الأول، نقل القرآن الكريم إلى الآخر؛ وهنا يتجلى القسم الثاني من الإعجاز الذي وسمناه بالإعجاز الترجمي.
تتناول بحوث هذا الإصدار ترجمة البلاغة القرآنية، وما تطرحه من إشكالات لغوية، وثقافية، كما تبحث أيضاً في آليات الفعل الترجمي، التي تساعد المترجم على تحقيق البيان في لغة الهدف.
إن من يمارس الفعل الترجمي في القرآن الكريم يدرك أن ترجمة معانيه، لا يمكن بأي حال من الأحوال أن تغنيه عن الأصل؛ وهو تحد قائم على مر العصور، يؤكد وجاهة ما ذهبنا إليه من أن الإعجاز الترجمي وجه آخر من وجوه إعجاز كتاب الله سبحانه وتعالى.
