ومن هنا، فأننا في هذا الكتاب نتعرض لنوع حديث من التأمين هو التأمين الإسلامي / التعاوني / التكافلي وهو الإسم الأحدث، وحيث أن أقساط هذا النوع من التأمين ينمو بنسبة تتجاوز 20% في آخر 3 سنوات، وينمو بشكل مستمر.
وكنا قد تناولنا في الكتاب الأول عن التأمين التكافلي عدة مواضيع نستكملها في هذا الكتاب.
نتناول عقد التأمين التعاوني ومدى حاجة الناس إليه، وهل هم بحاجة إليه، ثم الغرر والجهالة والربا وعقد الموالاة في جنايات الخطأ وعلاقتها بعقد التأمين التعاوني، ونعرض لموضوع الجهالة والغرر في القانون الوضعي، ونستعرض أهداف التأمين التعاوني ووظائفه وخصائصه وصوره، ثم نستعرض هيئة الرقابة الشرعية ودورها وتشكيلها، وبعد ذلك تطبيقات عملية للتأمين التعاوني في كل من مصر وماليزيا والأردن.
وكنا نأمل أن يكون لهذا النوع من التأمين تطبيقات وممارسات في لبنان، وهذه إحدى توصياتنا لإيجاد إطار فاعل في هذا المجال في لبنان خاصة بعد أن أثبت نجاحاته في دول أخرى.
