كثير من المآسي والآلام النفسية نجمت عن هذه الحروب ولا يزال الآلاف من الناجين يعانون منها حتى الآن من الناجين يعانون منها حتى الآن ولكن دون أن يدري بهم أحد وذلك لإفتقار الدراسات الإكلينيكية والميدانية.
إن هذا الموضوع لم يطرح بعد في مجتمعاتنا بشكل علمي ولم يدرك المسؤولون في البلدان العربية جسامة الأخطار النفسية على العسكريين والمدنيين والأطفال، لذا هناك حاجة ماسة للإهتمام بضحايا الحروب من أجل تأهيلهم وعلاجهم.
