ما يثير الاستغراب من صناع القرار ومن طبقة المستشارين حولهم تسليمهم بأن سورية مسلّم وبديهي، نجاتها من المخاض العسير الذي لحق بمصر وليبيا بعد تونس وكان ذلك مجافياً للحقيقة.
إن جزءاً كبيراً من الأزمة السورية مرده إلى عدم إنصاف الطبقتين الفقيرة ومحدودة الدخل، كما تجاهلت الطبقة الوسطى فهي الحامل الرئيس والأساسي لقيم المجتمع وثوابته.
كانت هناك إشكالية في إدارة الأزمة المركبة، ومرد ذلك إلى عدم قدرة الفريق الاقتصادي على التنبؤ بالأزمة الاقتصادية قبل وقوعها بدليل القرارات الارتجالية للحكومات غير المحسوبة نتائجها على معيشة المواطن. وطرحتُ في مؤتمرات الحوار معادلة: “كل شهر اضطرابات يعادله تراجع سنة اقتصادية إلى الوراء”. ودعوتُ إلى تقليد التجار الأوسمة، بدل التضييق عليهم، لتوفيرهم مستلزمات معيشة المواطن في ظل الأزمة الخانقة.
إن الحل السياسي للأزمة السورية هو الخيار الأمثل لوقف الحرب وإطلاق عجلتَيْ الاقتصاد وإعادة الإعمار الذي هو شأن يتطلب تدخل جهات عالمية مانحة لتحديد إطار العملية وبرنامجها ومددها الزمنية لمرحلة ما بعد الحرب وليس استحقاقاً داخلياً فقط كما يحلو لبعضهم أن يصوره.
سورية لا يمكن أن تكون إلا موحدة وإن فرضت القوى الداخلية والخارجية تقسيمها كمناطق نفوذ على الأرض؛ فسورية لنا وحدنا، وهي التي ستحتضن تشردنا وتعيد بناء إنسانيتنا قبل أن ترتب وتسوي أحجارها التي أتينا على أولها وآخرها.
