أما الفصل الثاني فقد خصصه لموقف قانون العمل الأردني، والمقارن من هذه الحماية من خلال بيان المبادئ الأساسية التي يتضمنها، وفي الفصل الثالث تناول الحماية القضائية للأجور، وتتمثل في المحاكم الخاصة في نظر دعاوى الأجور، سواء بالنسبة لسلطة الأجور التي تنظر النزاعات الفردية، أو المحكمة العمالية التي تنظر النزاعات الجماعية.
