اليوم ونحن نعيش في عصر الماديات والملذات أخذت بعض الظواهر تنتشر بين أفراد المجتمع وخصوصاً الشباب مثل ظاهرة الجنس الثالث المخنث، واللواط والاستمناء والشذوذ الجنسي. إن هذه الظواهر الشاذة كانت على عهد أحد الأنبياء عليهم السلام فأمطر الله سبحانه عليهم حجارة سوداء مسمومة فجعل عاليها سافلها فهم كانوا يأتون الرجال شهوة دون النساء، وحتى يتعرف شبانا اليوم على مساوئ هذه الظواهر الغير طبيعية وليتم ردع شباب اليوم عن القيام بها جاء هذا البحث الذي بين يدينا والذي يحتوي على بحث يدور حول المشاكل الجنسية بشكل عام وحول مسألتي اللواط والاستمناء بشكل خاص وذلك لتحديد نظرة الإسلام إلى هاتين المسألتين اللتين يهتز لهما عرش رحمن، وللكشف عن رأي الفقهاء منهما، وكذلك لإلقاء الضوء على السبل الكفيلة بمساعدة الفرد الذي وقع فريسة هاتين العادتين على الابتعاد عنهما، هذا بالإضافة إلى تحديد الأضرار الجسدية والخلقية التي تترتب على ممارسة اللواط والاستمناء.
