لا إرهاب في الإسلام. الإرهاب "إيديولوجيا" الذين أبادوا شعباً ليحلّوا في أرضه، وصناعة الذين يدعمون عصابات في إبادة شعب للاستيلاء على وطنه، وأرض أجداده.
تحية الإسلام سلام، ودعوته سلام، وحتى في قوله عز وجل "وأعدوا لهم ما استطعتم من قوة ومن رباط الخيل ترهبون به عدوّ الله وعدوّكم" دعوة سلام. فعندما تعدُّ العدة للعدو يرهب المجابهة، فيحصل ما يسمى بتوازن الرعب، فيحجم الطرفان عن القتال.
في هذا الكتاب يبين المؤلف الباحث، المجاهد، الحدود الفاصلة بين الجهاد والإرهاب، في المفاهيم الدينية، والمعاهدات الدولية، في فصول خمسة، تحت عنواني: الإرهاب: تباين التعريفات والمفاهيم. الجهاد وقواعد الحرب في الإسلام. الإرهاب الأمريكي ببعديه الديني والسياسي. الإرهاب الصهيوني فكراً وممارسة. الحرب وقواعدها في المواثيق الدولية.
وأما ملاحق البحث فهي: بيان مجمع البحوث الإسلامية، والاتفاقية العربية لمكافحة الإرهاب، وإعلان جورج بوش الذي يحدد فيه نظرته لعالم المستقبل تحت السيطرة الأميركية.
