يعني هذا الكتاب بالدرجة الأولى بدراسة ظاهرة الاستيطان الاستعماري الصهيوني في فلسطين وهي ظاهرة ذات أبعاد مختلفة. وفي هذا الكتاب يلقي المؤلف الضوء على الطرف الآخر للمعادلة في الصراع وهم الصهاينة الذين ما توانوا ولا ترددوا في استغلال الظروف لاغتصاب الأرض وإقامة كيانهم العنصري في فلسطين. حيث يسرد المؤلف قصة المؤامرة الصهيونية الإنجليزية والصهيونية الأمريكية، كما يدرس التجربة الاستيطانية الصهيونية في فلسطين ومراحلها. وهو يتحدث بشيء من التفصيل عن الهجرة اليهودية إلى فلسطين وحركة الاستيطان الصهيونية بها قبل قيام الكيان الصهيوني بها سنة 1948 وبعده حتى يومنا هذا.
كما يناقش السياسة الصهيونية باتجاه تهويد القدس حيث يحاول إيضاح ما يقوله بالأشكال والخرائط والإحصائيات، والمؤلف يؤكد أن أهداف وأبعاد السياسة الصهيونية في فلسطين المحتلة لم تتغير منذ قيام ذلك الكيان المصطنع على أرض فلسطين سنة 1948.
