وأكرر هنا ما قلته في مقدمة النظائر الفقهية للفاسي: إن هذا الكتاب لا يعد من كتب الفتوى، ولا يصح تقليد إجتهادات صاحبه إلا بعد النظر والبحث، فهو من الكتب التعليمية المفيدة، لا من كتب الإفتاء والإلزام، لأن الفتوى لا تكون إلا من الكتب المشهورة المعتمدة، كما نص على ذلك الفقهاء والأصوليون.
أسأل الله تعالى أن يجعله خالصاً لوجهه الكريم، آمين، وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم.
