وقد عالج العدد من خلال صفحاته الثلاثمائة من القطع المتوسط عدداً من الموضوعات المهمة والمؤثرة على مستوى المنطقة، فقد تضمنت المجلة دراسة بعنوان الاختراق الإسرائيلي لإفريقيا ً حيث تطرق الباحث إلى بيان اثر هذا الاختراق على الأمن الوطن العربي في المجالات السياسية والاقتصادية والأمنية ، إضافة إلى توضيح آثار هذا الاختراق ورهانات مستقبله.كما تناولت المجلة في مقالة أخرى "التهجير ، سياسة إسرائيلية ثابتة " حيث ناقشت المقالة إرهاصات هذه المسألة منذ بداياتها مروراً بتطورات الوضع العربي والإسرائيلي والإقليمي ، وخصوصاً لدى منظري الحركة الصهيونية وبرنامجهم القائم على إنهاء الوجود الفلسطيني. وقد حفلت المجلة بالعديد من التقارير المركزة منها تقرير حول "قمة بيروت العربية… الواقع والتحديات"، وتقرير حول "متابعات عملية السلام" وآخر حول "تطور دور الفصائل الفلسطينية في ظل انتفاضة الأقصى" كما احتوى العدد على تقرير "أثر استخدام اليورو على اقتصاديات أوروبا"، وتطرق أحد التقارير إلى ورشة "سيناريوهات الصراع العربي-الإسرائيلي"، إضافة إلى تقرير حول "الأحزاب السياسية في إسرائيل"، وتقرير آخر حول "قانوني الانتخابات الأردني والمصري.. قراءة مقارنة"، إلى جانب تقرير حول "زيارة مبعوث الرئيس الباكستاني وموقف باكستان من الصراع مع الهند". كما اشتمل العدد على ندوة بعنوان "مخرجات التعليم الديني الإسلامي والمسيحي واليهودي السياسية والاجتماعية"، ناهيك عن ملف "الاجتياح الإسرائيلي للضفة الغربية وانعكاساته المتعددة"، والذي ضم حلقة نقاش وتقريراً شاملاً حول الاجتياح. إضافة إلى ما احتواه العدد من المراجعات، والملخص الإنجليزي للعدد.
