النص الإبداعي الشعري مكوَّن فني، تمثل فيه اللغة مادته الأساسية في التكوين والبناء فبواسطتها يخرج النص الشعري في اكتماله البنائي وفي أبعاده الجمالية والفنية، وهذا ما يوجب الوعي به في التناول النقدي، أي من حيث كونه نصاً لغوياً يحمل خصائص فنية خاصة.
وهذا يعني أنَّ اللغة الشعرية لغة خاصة تتميز بفرادتها عن اللغة المألوفة، مما يجعل الإيجاب لها - أيضاً - بالخصوصية في التحليل النقدي والقراءة الناقدة؛ لأنها ترتقي بالمنجز الكلامي إلى أفق مختلف ومغاير، فتخلق في هذا المنتج تلويناً فنياً تجعله يبعد عن القول التقريري وعن لغة العلم والفلسفة، وتمكّن له الحق في استخدام الأدوات النقدية الخاصة في القراءة والتحليل، فالشاعـر ليس مؤرخـاً ينقل الحقائق والوقائع كما يراها، وليس عالماً يبحث عن المعرفة في موضوعية وتجرد، وليس بالفيلسوف يجد في البحث عن حقائق الأشياء بلغة عقلية مشبعة بالإقناع وخالية من الإمتاع، إنما الشاعر فنان معبّر، ولغته لغة فن، لا تستسلم للقيود التي تخضع المفردة لتأطير المعجم، ولا تتغيا حدود المطابقة والنقل للواقع، لتمتد في مسار يمنحها حق الاختلاف في التعبير، فتمتزج فيها الخيالات، والوجدانيات، ومثارات العواطف، وغرابة الأسلوب، وكل ذلك حق نوعي خاص للشاعر ولغته.
