Book Description
النور والظلام ثنائية يجمعها التضاد والتباين، وتتميز بالتتابع والتداخل والتلازم، وهما من آيات الله تعالى التي تتجلى فيهما قدرته كما في قوله تعالى: ﴿ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَجَعَلَ الظُّلُمَاتِ وَالنُّورَ ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِرَبِّهِمْ يَعْدِلُونَ ﴾.
وهي ظاهرة كونية أصيلة في بناء الكون، رتّب الله تعالى ذكرها بعد خلق السماوات والأرض مباشرة كما في الآية السابقة، وجعلها - عزّ وجلّ - متماسَّةً مع حياة الكائنات تفضلاً ونعمة منه على خلقه، كما قال: ﴿ وَهُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ اللَّيْلَ لِبَاساً وَالنَّوْمَ سُبَاتاً وَجَعَلَ النَّهَارَ نُشُوراً ﴾.
وقد ثبت علمياً اعتماد الحياة والأحياء الإنسانية والحيوانية والنباتية الرئيسيّ على ضياء الشمس "فبدون طاقة الشمس، يغمر الأرض ظلامٌ دامسٌ مفرطٌ، ولن تطول حياة الإنسان في ظروف كهذه إذ إن النباتات والأحياء الأخرى التي يعتمد عليها في معاشه سيُقضى عليها في غياب الدفء والضوء".
