إن القصد من هذا الكتاب بيان أوجه من الإعجاز العلمي في القرآن الكريم في ضوء الدراسات الجغرافية الفلكية والطبيعية المعاصرة لدعم الوجدان الديني لدى المؤمنين وشحذ الإيمان في القلوب وعند ترجمة معاني القرآن الكريم إلى غير العربية فإن القارئ في هذه الحالة لا يدرك الإعجاز البياني والبلاغي واللغوي في آياته غير أن التفسير العلمي للآيات الكونية والطبيعية في القرآن الكريم حسب ما توصل إليه الفكر البشري هو دعوة مفتوحة للمسلمين وغير المسلمين وغير الناطقين بلغة الضاد للتعرف على أوجه من الإعجاز العلمي في القرآن الكريم، وعلى أنه بحق القول الحق الفصل الذي يصلح لكل زمان وكل مكان إلى قيام الساعة.
ويتألف هذا الكتاب من جزأين: يختص أولهما بالقرآن الكريم والجعرافيا الفلكية، أي مع آيات الله تعالى في السماء، ويختص الثاني بالقرآن الكريم والجغرافيا الطبيعية أي مع آيات الله عزّ وجلّ في الأرض.
