سلسلة "شعراء لبنان" هذه فإيماناً بتفوّق لبنان، في مجال الشعر، وحرصاً على بقاء شعرائه بين أيدي الناس، وفي الذاكرة، إقراراً بفضل هؤلاء الشعراء، وثقة ما يجده القارئ العربيّ فيهم من غذاء، ومتعة، ودعوة إلى مواصلة المسيرة.
لا تتقيّد هذه السلسلة بعدد، ولا بلون من ألوان الشعر وأشكاله، وإن هي اقتصرت على الشعراء المتوفّين، تحريراً للدارس من المحاباة والمداراة، وضباب الدعايات.
