نايف الجهني شاعر وكاتب سعودي، ولد في القريات عام 1388هـ (1968)، رأس نادي تبوك الأدبي عام 2012، وكتب زاوية (عبق الخزامى) في صحيفة الرياض، وصدرت له العديد من المؤلفات التي تتنوع بين الشعر والرواية والفكر، من أبرزها كتاب (الكارما في الإسلام: تقنية العلاج بالأخلاق والطاقة الروحية).
التعليم
حاصل على درجة الدكتوراه في التعلم الإتقاني وأثره على التحصيل في اللغة العربية من الجامعة العربية عمان في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية.[1]
العمل
يعمل عضواً في هيئة التدريس في جامعة تبوك.
عمل رئيساً لنادي تبوك الأدبي من عام 2012.
عمل مديراً لفرع جمعية الثقافة الفنون في تبوك.

Book Description
يرتكز حديث الشاعر نايف الجهني في "بعيدةٌ كتنبؤ ..!" على التأمل الحر، أي تحويل الذات إلى موضوع بواسطة التأمل، وعملة الإنصات للذات والعالم من خلال شاعرية التفكير، فالشاعر هنا لا يتكلم شعراً بقدر ما يجعل الشعر يحدد هو طبيعته بطريقة شعرية، وهو بهذا يعطي لقصيدته صوتها الحقيقي اللائق بها ويكون على ألفة حقيقية مع ثيمة القصيدة.
في القصيدة المعنونة (تأمل) يقول الشاعر الجهني:
"قبيل الموت؛ / أو ربما بعده .. / تصبحُ الطيور عاجزةً عن الكلام / غائرة في جحيم لونها / متخلقةً حول شيء غامضٍ / أو محاطةً بما لا يكفي / لتحرير أجنحتها من اللون / إنها الكيورُ التي لا تعرف الموت / يصبح غناؤها رغبةً في السكوت !!".
يضم الكتاب قصائد نثرية ومقطعات شعرية هي "أغنيات البدوّ الآخر) ، ومن عناوين القصائد نذكر: معادلة، وحدة، فكرة، موسم، حلم، خيانة، وعدْ، لقاءْ، تدفقْ، إتساع، حالة، إلهام، حكاية، صورة (...) وعناوين أخرى.
