ر”إصبعّ قال نعم" العنوان الذي اختاره وجدي أبو الريحة ليتناول بلغة الشعر قضايا مجتمعه المتأصلة والطارئة، في طرح عميق ورؤية واضحة، مشغولة برمزية فنية وعمق تارة، أو بغنائية حزينة تارة أخرى، مع تسييس نسبي للنص وجعله في مستوى المتلقي من حيث الطرح والفكرة، ومخاطبة الشعور الوجداني، من دون إهمال الزخرف والبيان الجمالي.
في قصيدته المعنونة "ماذا يحدث في الأنبار": نظمت هذه القصيدة عام 2013م وهي تحاكي أحداث محافظة الأنبار المأساوية، والمتجددة ... يقول الشاعر: "ماذا يحدث في الأنبار / شعب ثار / أم إرهاب عاث دمار / أم مسؤولٌ مبيَّر أحداثاً / بشعار / كي يكسب فيه إستثمار / ما الأخبار / ماذا يحدثُ في الأنبار / بيتٌ هدمهُ لا ندري / تفجيرٌ أم قصفٌ غار / عائلةٌ هربت لا تخشى / ما يفعل فيها الأشرار / خطفٌ نهب قتل سلبٌ / قد طال الناس الأحرار ...".
هكذا يحمل الشاعر في طيات نصه وثائق ثبوتية لمجريات مظالم الحياة، ويكشف مضامينها من خلال مشاعره ومعايشاته وانفعالاته وأحلامه، وقد بدا مشحوناً بحب الوطن والحنين إليه، موظفاً ضمير الأنا في بث رسائل الذات ولواعجها.
يضم الكتاب سبعاً وثلاثين قصيدة في الشعر العربي الحديث جاءت تحت العناوين الآتية: "هل أنا حقاً مواطن؟" ، "دبلوماسي أو سياسي" ، "أيها الشعب إنتخبني" ، "صناديق الإقتراع" ، "عانقيني" ، "عراق ما بين النهرين" ، "ذنوب الإنتخاب" ، "مصيرنا مجهول" (...) وقصائد أخرى.
