وهذه الطرائف والقصص التي اخترتها في هذا الكتاب جمعتها من تفسير تنوير الأذهان من روح البيان للشيخ إسماعيل حقي البروسوي وبتحقيق وإختصار الشيخ محمد علي الصابوني، وعندما عزمت على قراءة هذا التفسير وجدت في ثنايا الكتاب هذه الطرائف ما تدمع العيون وتؤثر في النفوس المؤمنة، وكم من هذه الطرائف والروائع ذكرتها في المجالس والخطب فكان لها مكانتها في النفوس ولذلك فكرت أن أجمع بعضاً من هذه الروائع في كتاب يستفيد منه القراء وخطباء المساجد فإن في ذكر القصص والروائع على المنبر لها تأثيرها في نفوس المصلين.
ورمزت لكل قصة أو حوار أو طرفة اسماً خاصاً يناسب الموضوع وسميت الكتاب "روائع الإيمان من تفسير روح البيان".
