د محمدالتونجي دكتور في اللغة العربية وكاتب ولد في مدينة حلب عام 1933 وتلقى تعليمه فيها وتخرج من جامعة دمشق حاملا الإجازة في اللغة العربية ودبلوم التربية ونال الدكتوراه في الادب الفارسي من طهران وأخرى من الجامعة اليسوعية وعمل مدرسا ووكيلا لكلية الاداب ونال العديد من الجوائز من مختلف الدول وله مؤلفات كثيرة.وهو يدرس اليوم بجامعة الشهباء الخاصة بحلب مادة أخلاقيات المهنة .
Book Description
تمسُّ الحاجةُ اليومَ إلى وجود مُعجَم عبريّ - عربيّ بين ايدي السادة الباحثين وطلاّب الجامعات بغيةَ تَوسيع آفاق معرفتهم في بعض اللُّغات.
ولما كانت المُعجَمات العبريّة نادرة في المكتبات العربيّة فقد تبنَّت مكتبة لبنان (المُعجَم الذَّهبيّ، عبريّ - عربيّ)، وأوْلَته عناية مُتميَّزة ليرأب نَقْص المُعجم العبريّ في المكتبات العربيّة.
يضمّ هذا المُعجَم أكثر من ثلاثين ألف لفظة عبريّة حَوَت مفردات إجتماعيّة وأدبيّة وعلميّة وعسكريّة، قديمة وحديثة، رَتَّبها المُؤلّف ترتيباً علميّاً دقيقاً يَسهل تناوله والإستفادة منه، وضَبَطَها ضَبْطاً سليماً كاملاً.
ذَكَرَ الكلمات الأجنبيّة والعَربيَّة على أنَّها جُزْء من العِبْريّة، وهي كثيرة العَدَد.
فَصَل الكلمات المَبْدوءة بالحرف (ش) عن الكلمات المَبْدوءة بالحرف (س) تسهيلاً على القارئ الباحث.
غالباً ما يَذكُر جَمْع بعض الأسماء بين قَوسَين في ختام المادَّة، وذَكَرَ الكلمات في حال النكرة، لأنّ "الهاء" علامة التعريف تُغيِّر أحياناً من الضبط.
والأبجدية العِبْريّة مُؤلَّفة من (22) حرفاً وكُلّ حرف له رَقْم خاصّ في (حساب الجُمَّل)، ونقلوا هذه الحروف عن الفينيقيّة واستخدموها اسْتِخدامَيْن: اسْتِخْداماً للكتابة واسْتِخْداماً للحساب.
