ولذلك لا يجوز قصر النظر إليهم على النواحي الماديَّة والإنتاجية، كما يحدث أحياناً في بعض الأسَر والبلدان، في وقت يكونون فيه في أشدَّ الحاجة إلى الرعاية والأمان العاطفي.
