تعود فكرة نشر هذه الدروس حول "الميكانيكا1" إلى سنة 1985 ،وهي السنة التي كنا فيها درسنا الميكانيكا لطلبة السنة الأولى فيزياء –كيمياء بكلية العلوم بالدار البيضاء (ابن مسيك، سيدي عثمان).كان لكل واحد منا حوالي 1000 طالب مقسمين إلى فوجين،وكانت الدروس موزعة على ساعتين وربع في الأسبوع لكل فوج.ورغم الظروف الصعبة التي استغلنا فيها فقد فكرنا آنذاك في تعميم الاستفادة من هذه التجربة لما كان لها مت ثراء تربوي في كلية فتية. وانطلقت المرحلة الثانية من إنجاز هذا المشروع منذ أكثر من سنتين ،عندما بدأت إشكالية حملة الباكالوريا العلمين المعربين تطرح ،للمرة الأولى في المغرب،بصيغ متباينة ترتبط أساسا بالجدل حول لغة تدريس العلوم في لتعليم العالي .
