قد تكون عبارة الفيلسوف الفرنسي قد تكون عبارة الفيلسوف الفرنسي ماتيلار بضرورة تحريك وتثوير حقوق العلوم الإنسانية من كافة الاتجاهات لاستدرار المعارف الجديدة وتقديم الإجابات النسبية عن الأسئلة الراهنة, قد تكون هذه العبارة ذات انسجام ابستيميّ دقيق مع جوهر وكينونة حقل “انثروبولوجيا الاتصال”, فلئن كانت المقاربات الكلاسيكية في علم النفس وعلم النفس الاجتماعيّ تضع ميكانيزمات “الاتصال” كمقدمة لفهم الثقافة, فإنّ انثروبولوجيا الاتصال يعكف على تفسير السلوكيات الثقافية والعادات والتقاليد ضمن الأطر الاتصالية الكبرى, وهو بهذا يتجاوز البعد لوضيفي للاتصال ضمن مخططات الشانون ،ليضعالاتصال ضمن مسار ومدار الانسنة. تكتسب أهمية حقل “انثروبولوجيا الاتصال” في رهانه المعرفي وراهنيته السياقيّة, أمّا مستوى رهانه المعرفي فمتجسّد في بحثه العميق في أسئلة الأنسنة من عادات وتقاليد وممارسات ثقافية وفلكلورية من زوايا اتصالية, أما في مستوى راهنيته السياقية فكامنة في اعتباره جزء من حالة الإجابة الإنسانية الابستيمية عن “مقولات العولمة الكونية” و”التقوقع الإيديولوجيّ” و”خطابات الديماغوجيا”, إذ يتنزل في عمق الدراسات الثقافية باعتباها التقصي والتحري في القضايا المعرفية المركزية “للجماعات الهامشية” و”لقضايا الهامش” لعقل العولم هذا الكتاب حول “انثروبولوجيا الاتصال : السياقات والمفاهيم ” ساهم فيه مجموعة من الباحثين والمختصين في ميدان العلوم الاجتماعية والانسانية قي الجزائر ، وبذلك يكون هذا المولود العلمي جدا بحثيا واكاديميا يضاف الى المكتبة الجزائرية خاصة بالنسبة للباحثين في مجال الاتصال والانثروبولوجيا .
