راح يقول على المدى إيماني، فبربي قد ابتلى وجداني-قيل لي هل عرفته بدليل، أو بحس شهدته أو عيان قلت كلا، إيمان قلبي أقوى، من دعاوي الحواس والبرهان-واضح لي وضوح روحي وعقلي، ماثل في مداركي ككياني-هو رمز الوجود، سر التجلي، هو روح الأكوان، معنى المعاني-كلما عفته رجعت إليه، كرجوع الأفياء للأغصان-فاعتقادي بالله روح وجودي، وجحودى له انتحار ثان-ممسك بي وإن تخليت عنه، حافظ لي وان تركت عناتي-فهو شرحي لدى انقطاع بياني، وهو منطقي يوم انعقاد لساني، كل جسمي زوائد وفضول، أبعدتني عن مبدع سوّاني-وسيفنى جسمي غداً وسائقي، وهو باق وكل شيء فان" قصائده في هذا الديوان جاءت عفو الخاطر، إلا أنها مصقولة بحس مرهف، ومهذبة بصفة شعرية هي على الأعم فطرية المنبت، عربية المنشأ وقصائده إلى هذا وذاك سيالات تسير النفس ضمن سياقها مترعة بمعانيها الرائعة مفرغة بإيقاعها الجميل.
