يدرس هذا الكتاب التنظيم الداخلي للتأمين باعتباره فكرة وطريقة ذات اثر اقتصادي واجتماعي ترتكز على نظرية عامة ذات قواعد وأسس فنية ثم لعقد التأمين باعتباره تصدقا قانونيا ينشئ حقوقا والتزامات بين طرفين متعاقدين وتطبيقا عمليا لذلك النظام وتتضمن دراسة التنظيم الداخلي للتأمين مع عرض نبذة تاريخية عن نشأة التأمين وتطوره والتعريف بما في الفقة وتشريعات التامين ثم لبيان انواعه ثم يقتضي الأمر أن نعرض الأسس الفنية التى تقوم عليها عمليات التامين ودوره ووظائفة والهيئات التى تقوم بالتأمين والإشراف عليها وأخيرا يعالج الألتزامات التى فرضها القانون على شركات التأمين لضمان مواجهتها للإلتزاماتها التأمينية.
