ولما كان من الواجب على المسلم أن يلتزم في جميع أموره ومنها المعاملات المالية بأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية، وأن التعامل ببطاقات الائتمان صورة مستجدة، لذا يجب على علماء المسلمين بيان تكييفها الشرعي والحكم الشرعي عليها وعلى المعاملات المرتبطة بها. وعلى ضوء هذا نستطيع أن نطرح بعض من الأسئلة والتي تتناول موقف الشريعة الإسلامية من تلك البطاقات؟ وكيف يتعامل معها المسلم الملتزم؟ لذا كان هذا الكتاب- ليسد نقصًا في المكتبة العربية والإسلامية- فلا شك أن ما كتب في هذا المجال لا يزال أقل مما يجب.
