بإختصار هذا الكتاب يشرح فيه المؤلف مفهومي الإنتخاب والإستفتاء، ويعدد أحكامهما وحدودهما في الإسلام التي لا بد من الإلتزام بها، فهو بحق الدراسة الأولى التي تتناول بشكل مسهب ودقيق هذين المفهومين في الإسلام.
