أذا كتبت الكلمه الواحدة بالإملاء الصحيح لها فإنها تعطى اكثر من تاويل لمعناها و إذا رسمت برسم أخر غير الإملاء الصحيح فلا شك أن ذلك يقصد منه معنى أخر يتوقف على معنى الكلمه فى الجلمة وإذا كانت هذه الكلمه التى كتبت بهذا الرسم فى المصحف الشريف وهو ما يسمى بالرسم العثمانى كلام الله فلابد لكتابه الكلمه بهذا الرسم حكمه وسرها ويشمل هذا الكتاب على نبذه من تاريخ كتابه المصحف رأى العلماء فى خطه ورسمه متطرقا فيه المؤلف الى أحوال الكلمه فى المصحف من حذف لبعض الأحرف أو زيادتها وقد أورد الآيات التى تؤيد ذلك وألحق بها الاعجاز والأسرار فى الحذف والزيادة بقدر الامكان .
