وأخيراً دراسات مركزة في أربع مجموعات تاريخية، انتخبنا لكل مجموعة ثلاثة مصادر، فتضمن هذا القسم دراسة معمقة ومركزة في اثني عشر مصدراً من مصادر التاريخ الإسلامي، جعلنا كل واحدة منها نواة لدراسة مفصّلة في المصدر المعينّ، كما شكّلت في مجموعها مدخلاً مهماً ونواة لدراسة مقارنة واسعة في مناهج المؤرخين بشكل عام، أو مقارنة بين مراحل التدوين التاريخي من خلال هذه المصادر الأساسية التي تمثلها.
