آه يا ركبتي!
هل سيفيد شيئًا أن أمد رجلي وأقبضهما وأنا جالس على هذا المقعد الخانق؟
ناديت بأعلى صوتي: "ادخلي إلى المريضة التالية يا أم علي"..
كان زميلي (محمود) يسترق النظرات إلي وأنا منشغل بفحص المريضة السابقة، وشعرت به يشير إلي بوجهه ليلفت انتباه طبيبتي الامتياز اللتين أحاطتا به من الجانبين إلى شيء لا أعرفه في شكلي أو حركاتي.. أدرك أن (محمودًا) لا يكن لي أيةَ مشاعر على الإطلاق.. لا كراهيةَ ولا حب..
ربما أنا أمثل بالنسبة إليه كائنًا كوميديًا والسلام.. أنظر أحيانًا- لا، بل دائمًا- في المرآة فلا أرى إلا هذا الكائن الكوميدي.. جسد مترهل وكرش واسع وأرداف مكورة في تمامٍ مضحك!
دخلت الآن مريضة أخرى.. أعتقد أنها الأخيرة قبل أن نأخذ استراحة عشر دقائق تمهيدًا لابتداء فحص ومناظرة المرضى الرجال.. واضح أنها تعاني الروماتيزم منذ سنين.. التواءات أصابعها لا تدع حتى فرصة للتفكير.. هل ستصبح أصابعي كأصابعها بعد حين؟ يا الله!
أنجزت المريضةَ سريعًا فقد اكتشفت أنها مريضة قديمة ولم تأت إلا لتجدد صرف العلاج الشهري. حين قمت إلى غرفة الاستراحة الداخلية سمعت بوضوحٍ (ميار) إحدى طبيبتي الامتياز تهمس: "لماذا هو هكذا؟"
فقال (محمود) بصوت لم يحاول أن يخفته: "يا بنات.. مائةَ مرة قلت لكما ألا تركزا مع الدكتور (مختار).. إنه رجل أعطى زهرة شبابه للشعر والفن وهكذا.. والروماتولوجي مثل الفريك.. لا يقبل شريكًا!"
سمعتُ ضحك الفتاتين وأنا أستلقي على السرير الضيق الذي يستوعب ظهري بالكاد، وثنيت ركبتي وأخذت أمسدهما في تؤدة..
اليوم عيد ميلادي.. أتم اليوم ثمانية وعشرين.. ماذا أنجزت إلى الآن؟؟ على صعيد المهنة أمامي عام وأنجز رسالة الماجستير إذا سارت الأمور على ما يرام.. وعلى صعيد الكتابة لا شيء البتة!
