هذا وقد قسم موضوعه على ثلاثة مباحث منها ما هو ديني ومنها ما هو اجتماعي ومنها ما هو سياسي خاص بهم ووفي كل مبحث من تلك المباحث حقه من البيان سالكاً في سبيل ذلك كله طريق أهل العدل وسنن ذوي الإنصاف.
