Book Description
إن إختلاف الناس في أديانهم في نظر الإسلام أمر طبيعي، لإختلاف عقولهم ومداركهم وأصول تربيتهم، لذلك يبين القرآن الكريم أنَّه سنة ماضية في جميع الخلائق، ومع هذا الإختلاف في الأديان والعقائد فإن ذلك لا يقتضي إنعزال المجتمع المسلم عن غيره من المجتمعات، لأنَّه مدعو إلى التعارف والتلاقي مع جميع الناس، وتبليغ دعوة الله ورسالته، مما يؤدي إلى إختلاط المجتمع المسلم بغيره من المجتمعات المختلفة، فكيف يتعامل الإسلام مع هؤلاء؟ وكيف يحكم فيهم إذا سكنوا ربوعه وآثروا التعايش مع المسلمين تحت حكم الإسلام؟.
ولا شك أنَّ جانب التعامل مع غير المسلمين، والتعايش معهم من الأمور المهمة التي تتعلق بعقيدة المسلم، لذلك لم يترك الإسلام هذا الجانب المهم مبهماً أو قابلاً للإجتهاد البشري المعرض للخطأ والهوى، بل تعامل معه بصورة من التأصيل الشرعي المحكم في الكتاب والسنّة، وهذه الأحكام مضبوطة بمجموعة من الأصول والكليات والقواعد، فقد استطاع الإسلام أنْ يوجد تعايشاً فريداً بين أجناس مختلفة، وقدم المسلمون أبرز الصور في التسامح بينهم وبين الملل الأخرى، لا كما يزعم المتربصون بهذا الدين من أصحاب النوايا السيئة والنفوس الحاقدة، الذين يريدون تشويه الموقف الناصع للإسلام تجاه الملل الأخرى.
فالإسلام هو الدين الكامل المشتمل على جميع ما تتطلبه الحياة الكريمة لجميع الشعوب في كل العصور والأزمان، ولم تحظ مبادئ الإخوة الإنسانية العامة لدى أمة من الأمم بمثل ما حظيت به في الإسلام من رعاية وإهتمام.
وإسهاماً من المؤلف في هذا الباب ليضع بين يدي القارئ الكتاب الذي يعالج بموضوعية علمية هذه المسألة الشائكة، التي كثر الجدال حولها بين مؤيد مندفع، ومعارض متشكك، ولا يخفى على كل مسلم واع في هذا الزمان أهمية مثل هذه الدراسات، وذلك تهدف توضيح عظمة هذا الدين، وسماحة تشريعاته وتعليماته حتى مع المخالفين له؛ وبهدف الرد على الإتهامات التي يفتريها غير المسلمين بين الحين والآخر، ومحاولتهم صَدّ الشعوب عن التعرف على الإسلام الصحيح.
من هنا، جاءت هذه الأطروحة التي قسمت إلى مقدمة وفصل تمهيدي وبابين وخاتمة، أما الفصل التمهيدي، فقد خصص للتعريف بالتعايش وبغير المسلمين وأقسامهم، وبيان ضوابط التعايش ومظاهره في القرآن الكريم والسنّة النبوية والتاريخ، ثم تناول في الباب الأول: أحكام التعايش مع غير المسلمين في المعاملات، وتناول الباب الثاني: أحكام التعايش مع غير المسلمين في الأحوال الشخصية، وأما الخاتمة فقد جمع فيها المؤلف خلاصة ما أوردته من مسائل، وأهم ما توصل إليه من نتائج، وبعض التوصيات.
