وحتى تكون عملية التدريس عملية منظمة مهندسة بطريقة مناسبة وتحقق أهدافها لدى المتعلم، لا بد من ممارسة الأفكار التربوية المتضمنة في نماذج التدريس، وبذلك يحقق المعلم أهدافه ضمن إستراتيجية مضمونة النتائج، وبذلك يحترم المعلم إجراءاته، ويتعلم الطلبة أن التدريس مواقف مناسبة لتعلم التفكير وممارسته.
