والبحث الول يدر كله في هذا المجال كما هو واضح من عنوانه.
والبحث الثاني وإن كان موضوعه التامين ودوره في الرعاية الاجتماعية الا أننا قد ادخلنا فيه مشروع تقنين التامين من المعاملات الاسملامية من اعمال لجنة القانون المدني احدى اللجان التى شكلها الاستاذ الدكتور صوفي أبو طالب رئيس مجلس الشعب الأسبق، وكان لنا شرف عضويتها.
وقد خصصنا بحثا مستقلا لتقنين المعاملات الاسلامية ودور السنهوري فيه، والذي تتبعنا فيه تطور فكرة هذا التقنين منذ عهد الخلافة العثمانية إلى وقتنا الحاضر ولأعمال اللجان النفية بمجلس الشعب ومشروعات القوانين التى أعدتها مكان بارز في هذا البحث.
اما البحثان الثالث والرابع فهما في صلب موضوع دراسة وتدريس الشريعة الاسلامية للوصول إلى تقنينها.
