يجب أن نعلم أن هناك رخصا في شريعة الإسلام تدل علي سعة رحمة الله تعالي بعباده المؤمنين وتدل علي سماحة هذه الشريعة وعلي المسلمين أن يتقبلوها ويأخذوا بها لأن الله يحب أن يتقبلها المسلمون .
وذكر شيخ الإسلام أن الإسلام جاء بتحصيل المصالح وتكميلها وتعطيل المفاسد وتقليلها وأ،ه يرجح خير الخيرين ويدفع شر الشرين وتحصيل أعظم المصلحتين بتفويت أدناهما وتدفع أعظم المفسدتين باحتمال أدناهما.
وقد أخبرنا الرسول صلي الله عليه وسلم أن الله عز وجل يحب أن تؤتي رخصة كما يكره أن تؤتي معصيته وهو ما يبين سماحة الشريعة الإسلامية التي كانت موضوع هذه الرسالة التي بين يدينا .
