وتبع عرض حقوق الطفل الأساسية، حرص الباحثة على بيان آليات درء الأخطار التي تهدَد الطفل، إذا إضطرته الظروف للعمل، وحمايته من العاتيات التي تؤدي إلى جنوحه، بضرورة إحاطته بسياج منيع يحول نشأته سلمياً معافى مادياً ومعنوياً ونقيَاً من كل ماوثات الكبار.
وأكملت الدراسة بحثها برصد، ما إتخذته سورية من خطوات على الصعيدين القانوني والتطبيقي، لتمكين الطفل من التمتَع بحقوقه وتأمين الحماية والرعاية اللازمتين.
