ومن ثم يصبح دور الإرشاد النفسي هاما وفعالا لمساعدة الوالدين علي مواجهة هذه الضغوط وعلي إعادة هيكلة الظروف والأوضاع مع وجود طفل معاق. كذلك يحتوي هذا الكتاب علي بعض البرامج الإرشادية كتطبيقات في مجال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
