الكتاب متنوع، كما كانت الجلسة، وهو عبارة عن إضاءات سريعة على مواضيع متنوعة في الإدارة والقيادة، وفي الحياة الشخصية، وفي نظرتنا للنجاح ورؤيتنا لأسبابه، وغير ذلك مما طُرح خلال تلك الجلسة.
أضفت أيضاً بعض المواضيع التي لم يتسع الوقت لطرحها خلال الجلسة؛ إستكمالاً وتعميماً للفائدة، وفصلت واستطردت في بعض الإجابات التي ذكرتها في الجلسة.
