عمل في سلك التعليم معلما ومدير مدرسه ومشرف تربوي ورئيس قسم إشراف ومديرا اداريا لتربيه ماديا.
وكان عضوا في تدقيق طباعه المصحف الشريف وفِي لجان وضع مناهج التربيه الاسلاميه وتأليف كتبها.
وكذلك شغل عضوا في العديد من اللجان كالتلفزيون التربوي ولجان التربيه والتليم.
كما عمل خطيبا لصلاه الجمعه في عدد من المساجد التابعة أوزاره الاوقاف.
عمل في القطاع الخاص التجارية والراعية والتعليمية.
حيث شارك في تأسيس والإشراف على مدرسه المعراج في مادبا.
شارك في تأليف كتب مدرسيه لجميع المراحل الدراسية في كل من الاْردن والبحرين واليمن والسعوديه: - أساليب تدريس التربيه الاسلاميه في المرحلة الثانوية - كتاب في السياسه الشرعيه -كتاب الدوايمه وعائله الاقطش - التفسير التعليمي لسوره الفاتحة وجزء عم - التفسير التعليمي لجزء تبارك وقد سمع - دين الاسلام - بكاء الخاشعين - آفه الهوى
