إن ما يقف حجر عثرة أمام تغيير القوانين والأعراف المميزة ضد المرأة ليس الشريعة الإسلامية، بل العقلية الذكورية التي ألبست الكثير من الأحكام المجحفة بحق المرأة لبوساً مقدساً، واتهمت كل من ينادي بتغييرها بالكفر والهرطقة.
