في هذا الكتاب محاولة علمية لإعداد دراسة قانونية حول المسؤولية القانونية في العمل الطبي اتخذت أدوات التحليل والمقارنة القانونية العلمية في تحديد (مفهوم الخطا) والضرر في حدود الخدمات الطبية وبيان الاثار الجانبية أو العامة السيئة في حياة الفرد وعائلته، وكذلك تحديد هذه الأخطاء الطبية، وما ينجم عنها من أضرار جسدية ونفسية ومادية.
من هنا جاءت هذه الدراسة بهدف رفع الوعي القانوني والقضائي عن إبراز حق المريض للمطالبة بحقوقه أو عند إثبات أي خطأ وقع اثناء علاجه من المرض ثم بيان الطرق والمساعدات القانونية ومنها كيفية اللجوء إلى القضاء أو رفع الدعوى على الطبيب والمستشفى أو الكوارد الطبية المقصرة في عملها، سواءً كان ذلك في المحاكم الداخلية أو الدولية، مع حق الطبيب في الدفاع عن نفسه ...
