فى عصر يتسم بانتاج معرفى كثيف مطرد لا يستطيع الإنسان بعمره المحدود مهام أوتى من قدرات خارقة – أن يلاحق معارفة ومعلومات ونتاجاته الانسانية بات من الضرورى أن تحرص كل أمة من الأمم – فى ظل هذا السباق المحموم نحو الريادة والتفوق على تحقيق تلك المكانة اللائقة لأعظم ثرواتها وهى الثروة البشرية . ولأن مفتاح هذه الثروة يكمن فى إبداعها وتفردها جاءت ظاهرة الابداع مدخلا لاغنى عنه فى إثراء هذه الثروة من ظاهرة الإبداع ودورها الثرى فى حل المشكلات والقدرة على تفسير تلك الصلات الوثيقة بين الوعى بالإبداع والأسلوب الابداعى وبين حل المشكلات سواء أكانت ضعيفة البناء أم محكمة البناء فى بعض تشكيلات هذه الصلات مثل : الفروق بين التجديديين والتكيفيين ، والتفاعل بين السلوب الابداعى والوعى بالعمليات افبداعية والعلاقة الايجابية بين القدرة على حل المشكلات بنوعيها البنائيين . يتناول الكتاب فى فصلة الأول تحليلا وافيا لمشكلات دراسة الابداع ثم يقدم فى الفصلين الثاى والثالث وإطارا نظريا مشتركا لكل من الوعى المعرفى والوعى الإبداعى واسلوب كل منها ويستتبعه فى الرابع باستعراض للدراسات السابقة متوصلا فى فصلة الخامس الى اسئلة الدراسة الحالية ومنهجها وإجراءاتها ثم يستعرض فى الفصلين السادس والسابع نتائج الدراسة ومناقشتها ويختتم بالملحقين الأول والثانى : إذ يعرض فيها المفاهيم والمصطلحات التى وردت بالكتاب . إن الكتاب فى مجملة فرصة ثرية لى قارئ لآن يقف بنفسه على مواطن إبداعاته وكيغية وعية بها وبتنيات تطبيقا وتبينها كاسلوب حياة .. إضافة الى ما فيه من تخصص يهم كل دارسى علم النفس المعاصر .
