يبدو نظام اقتسام الوقت "التايم شير" كشكل جديد من أشكال تحقيق حلم قضاء عطلة متميزة وبتكلفة لقطاع كبير من المواطنين ولكن اخيرا فلقد اوضح التعامل في سوق المشاركة في الوقت عن وجود عيوب جوهرية كان من الضرورى ان يتدخل المشرع لعلاجها ، وفي هذه الدراسة تتولى بيان اهم النظم المعمول بها في مجال اقتسام الوقت من خلال دراسة مقارنة بين القانون المصري وتشريعات الدول الأوربية تدعو إلى بيان تلك النظم القانونية التى تتيج للمستفيدين حقا شخصيا في الإقامة من خلال الحصص الزمنية( الفصل الأول) ومقارنة ذلك بالنظم القانونية التى تتيح للمستفيدين حق الاقامة من خلال ترتيب حقوق عينية عقارية على وحدات مشروع اقتسام الوقت ( الفصل الثاني). وحيث ان التشريعات الأوروبية تهدف بصفة خاصة من التنظم القانوني لاقتسام الوقت توفير حماية كافية للمستفيدين من النظام (الفصل الثالث)، فإن تقييم هذه النظم وسبل الحماية التى قررتها للمستفيدين سوف يتيح التقديم بمقترح تشريعي لتنظيم اقتسام الوقت في مصر (الفصل الرابع).
