فقد ترك الله فى الآخرة سلاما على المرسلين وأكد أن المحسنين كذلك فضلا منه ونعمه عامة تامة وكان ما تركه لنا السلف من احسان تراثهم الذى يغيض ماؤه ومن بحر الشريعة الغراء بفيض عطاؤه ونماؤه ومنهم الامام النووى الذى فى عمره فقطعه فى العلم واحياء بالعمل فلم يدركه منا سابق لنا فى الله امل ورجاء إن حرمنا من تحريرالاتباع فلا اقل من الانتقام بتقديك اثر من اثرهم التى لها على كل مسلم منة وطرقت كل جيد بمكرمة ومن آثار النووى فتاواه التى كتيها حسب الوقائع وتمنى ترتيبها حسب الأبواب الفقهية وغيرها الواردة فيها فحقق امنيته تلميذة وخادمة الخاص ابن العطار . وها انا ذا اشرف بدورى باعدادها والتقديم لعا بتعريف للامام النووى نسبة ومولدة ونشاته وشيوخة ومسموعاته وأخلاقه وتلامذته ومؤلفاته المطبوعة والمخطوطة أو المفقودة ووظائفة ووفاته ثم تعريف سريع بتلميذه مرتب الفتارى نسبة ومولده وبعض شيوخه وتصانيفه ووفاته . وقسمت الفتاوى ثلاثة أجزاء ستخرج تباعا بمشيئة الله تعالى ضمن هدايا مجلة الازهر الغراء – تراثا سريع الاجابة الى حاجات العصر لا يمل مما يخصه من احكام الشريعة السمحاء .
