وفي هذا السياق يقتبس المؤلف من فلسفة كانت وفتغنشتاين ولوك وكثيرين غيرهم، ويروي كيف تمكنت هذه الفلسفات من إنتاج مدارس فنية تنتمي إلى عصر ما بعد الحداثة وتعتمد على 'ابتكار' أعمال فنية هي في الحقيقة تكوينات من النفايات. هذه الأفكار تتناول الحياة والوجود وتدعي أن النفايات، هي في واقع الأمر العدم الذي يهرب منه الشكل- أشياءُ غير متميزة يرسخها إقصاء صارم؛ البصمة القذرة لمخلوق يحافظ على وجوده رغم كل شيء.
هذا كتاب يستحق اهتمام المثقف العربي الذي يؤْثر الدراسات الفلسفية المعمقة والاطلاع على قضايا فكرية ممتعة تبتعد عن السطح لتغوص إلى عمق الحياة الإنسانية'.
