هذا الكتاب هو عبارة عن مجموعة كتب مسائل وردود والكتب الفقهية بين السائل والمجيب ككتاب الصوم بين السائل والمجيب وأيضاً الحوارية التي أجريت مع سماحة السيد "محمد الصدر" في خصوص الحجاب والكتاب كما قلنا هو عبارة عن مجموعة الفتاوى الفقهية الصادرة عن السيد "محمد الصدر" قام "محسن الموسوي" بجمعها هنا من كتبه السابق الإشارة إليها. وبعد ذلك اعتنى بتقسيمها إلى مسائل بعنونتها بعناوين مخصصة بها، كمسائل الصلاة، ومسائل حول الخمس، ومسائل حول التلفزيون، ومسائل حول البنوك والعمل بها، والقرض منها، وغيرهما مما هو مسطور في كتبه. كما واعتنى بالتعليق على بعض المسائل التي تحتاج فعلاً إلى البيان والتواضح، وبهذا قدم خدمة لمتوسطي الثقافة فضلاً عن غيرهم ممن هم أدنى منهم، حيث يصعب عليهم فهم بعض الأشياء هنا مع أن الأسلوب العام في هذه المسائل هو البساطة في العبارة.
