وقدمت في فصول الكتاب مدخلًا تمهيديًا يدور حول التفوق والمتفوقين ثم انتقلت في الفصل الأول إلى تقديم يتصل بالتربية المقارنة ودراسة نظم التعليم ألا وهو نظم تعليم الطلاب المتفوقين وربطت فيه بين تاريخ التعليم وبين دراسة نظم التعليم ربطًا وثيقًا، وفي الفصل الثاني قدمت لنظام التعليم العالي للمتفوقين في ألمانيا، وفي الفصل الثالث قدمت لنظام التعليم العالي للمتفوقين في كوريا الجنوبية حيث تمثل كوريا الجنوبية نموذجًا حيًا في عالم اليوم لتطبيقات التفوق في مجالات العلوم وتطبيقاتها.
